Inferior Technology

Inferior technology led to the fall of the Roman Empire. The Romans built roads, bridges, and aqueducts and they established the first system of medicine for the benefit of the poor. Since the Romans relied so much on animal and human labor, they failed to create new machines or find new technology that would produce goods more efficiently. As a result of inferior technology, they were unable to produce important goods for their growing population. Thus making inferior technology a participant in the fall of the Roman Empire.
